Good Morning Friends,
It has been almost 2 weeks since we have sent out Freshbread…first due to technical difficulties and last week I was gone at my daughter’s wedding. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited to be back and looking forward to a GREAT WEEKEND AT FRESHSTART!
Last week I read a powerful quote by Oswald Chambers. I’d like to share it with you this morning….use it as a mirror….look at yourself in it, wrestle with it, let God to speak to you through it! Have a GREAT DAY!
Oswald Chambers says:
“The people who influence us the most are not those who detain us with their continual talk, but those who live their lives like the stars in the sky and the lilies of the field – simply and unaffectedly. Those are the lives that mold and shape us. If you want to be of use to God, maintain the proper relationship with Jesus Christ by staying focused on him, and He will make use of you every minute you live – yet you will be unaware, on the conscious level of your life, that you are being used of Him.
See you on Sunday…..if not, hopefully real soon!
Scott
P.S. O yea, I’ve been gone for a week so expect anything and everything this weekend!

Dear Friends,
I have been in seminars for two days. WOW, when you stop and look and listen, the opportunities God gives us are AWESOME! When faced with opportunities to share a conversation with someone, keep this scripture in mind.
“Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”- Colossians 4:5-6
Be wise, make the most, full of grace, seasoned with salt…..a conversation without these characteristics, well, it will not provide what a person needs! I am always praying for you and the opportunities God gives you to share his GREAT NEWS with others. Have a great day! See you on Sunday!

Good Morning Friends,
I trust you are having a GREAT DAY! Check out these verses:
“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”- 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
At times in my life this is not a challenge as much as at other times. Honestly, when I lose sight that I am here for the KING’S Glory and not the other way around, well that is when I lose sight of the fact that my joy is built on the fact that HE is KING and everything is in his Care. When you keep this perspective, you can continually talk with God and give him thanks for taking care of all things for HIS GLORY! What a day this will be when we walk in that light.
I am so excited about this Sunday. Being a Dad is one of the most exciting parts of my life as well as the most challenging and at times the most heart wrenching. This week we continue our series on Living like a Saint as we talk about…Parenting as a Saint! Looking forward to seeing you then.
