Dear Friends,
I am going to take a few days off from writing FreshBread. I cut my hand on Sunday afternoon and typing is very difficult. I will be back to writing as soon as possible. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

Good Morning Friends,
We spoke yesterday about the Angle Gabriel coming to speak to Mary. I remember visiting the place in Nazareth several years ago. It was an interesting feeling to know that this is where the birth of Jesus was first explained.
The angle told Mary, ” The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you.” These are powerful words! God was going to come and work in and through Mary. However, times were different then. Today, after the day of Pentecost, ACTS Chapter two, God sends his spirit to come and live inside of his children, however, in that day God’s spirit came and rested upon those whom God had a job to do! God had a job for Mary! But God has a job for you too!
Some of you are facing some huge challenges today! And God has a job for you…..to reflect who he is! To allow the World to see the greatness of God in the midst of your challenge. I am praying for you and trust that God will bless you in AWESOME ways this week. Make plans to join us next Sunday as the journey continues.

Good Morning Friends,
I am truly excited about the kick-off of a GREAT Christmas series this Sunday at Freshstart. I hope you can be there. Christmas is a time that can get so busy, and it is interesting to me for it is this business that destroys the very foundation of our walk with God. That the enemy would start at Christmas time to get us off track should be no surprise.
In Luke 1: 26-38 the Lord comes to Mary and gives her the news that she will bring Jesus into the world. Verse 29 reads, “Confused and Disturbed, Mary tried to think what the Angel could mean? 20. Ever been confused or disturbed with something that God said to you, or that God seemed “not to do or fix”? Well then, this is your weekend.
I am prying for each of you that this season will be one of rest, connection and wonder! See you Sunday!
