Paul Writes:
“Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.”- Romans 12:15
This is so fitting for Freshstart this morning…We have some folks that have been a part of incredible experiences in the last few days, new births, promotions, great victories in life’s challenges…..and then we have those who have experienced the lowest points of life, death of family members, terminal health diagnosis, the lose of a job, and financial collapse.
Take some time this morning and seek out the peace of God in your life that you may rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn. God has equipped us with his riches for times like these whether we label them good or bad. REMEMBER, SUNDAY MORNING IS A TIME WHEN THE FAMILY OF GOD GATHERS TO WORSHIP THE KING AND CARE FOR THE BODY, that we might be his witnesses in this world in the way that we live through any situation! Have a great day!

“For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”- John 3:17
Jesus looked at the woman who was caught in adultery and said….Neither do I condemn you! WOW! Always remember that condemnation is NOT FROM GOD, however, God does challenge us! Here is the problem, sometimes a challenge can seem like condemnation. Many times people are challenged and walk away feeling condemned. WHY IS THAT? Here is something to think about….whenever you are confronted in some way, ask yourself this question….”Has the person delivering this message to me wrestled with this message him/herself? If the answer is NO, it will come to you by way of condemnation. If the person has wrestled with this truth, they will deliver it as a challenge. So, you must turn the message inward….what is it saying to you, what is it calling you to change, think about, wrestle with? If we fail to do this, we are in the position to deliver the next condemnation message! Jesus did not come to condemn the world and neither should we! Have a great day my friend!

Good Morning Friends,
WOW! I never stop to be amazed at how fast life comes at us. Freshstart has been a pleasing place this week in a number of peoples lives, but also a number of people at Freshstart have been hit with very tough news this week. I look forward to Sunday as we gather as a Family to Celebrate what God has used us in, but also to support those that are hurting. If you are in town, join us for this important family time! The scripture says, “Each of us should please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.”- Romans 15:2
Jesus was asked who are neighbor was and he said, anyone who is in need. We have some friends in need this weekend….hope you can be there for support!
Don’t forget the Royal Family car wash. Money continues to come in and we are doing well and almost to our goal…..with us all getting $1.00 pledged, we will make it! See you this weekend….thanks for letting me be your pastor….it is a joy to be involved with such a Christ-honoring group of men and women.
