Good Morning Friends,

I pray that you will join me this weekend at FreshStart as we begin a brand new series and celebrate the Lord’s supper together. I am excited to be home and share with you many of the experiences and learning that I was able to experience this month. Plan to join the fun this Sunday at 10:00 at FreshStart…it is a GREAT SUNDAY to bring a friend.

Just a thought for the day……coming from Proverbs 15:1….”as Gentle answer turns away wrath, but harsh words stir up anger!” There is no question that sometime soon in each of our lives our anger meter will rise. Take a deep breath, speak to God and remember that it is a gentle word that will turn away wrath….not only that, but you open the door to tons of opportunities!

Have a Great day…looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday!

Many of you have been praying for my daughter, Jordan, who has been in India for the last month. I just received this E-mail from her and thought I would share it with all of you today. Thanks for your prayers and support of Jordan and her trip!

I look forward to seeing you all on SUNDAY!

Hello to everyone! I finally got an opportunity to write a short e-mail! Sorry it took so long. I’m actually in a HIV/AIDS clinic right now and they are gracious enough to let us use the computer. There have been internet cafes around but we have no time to go into one!! Anyway, ministry has been amazing! The first week we were here in the city ministering in schools and going to churches at night, doing the drama and getting to talk with and pray with people. The second week we took a train to a village of Nalore! It was a 12 hour train ride overnight (thank the LORD for sleeper trains!). We met our wonderful contacts and got to go into remote UNREACHED villages for the whole week! I will tell you stories later, (there are like 10 people wanting the computer) but it was amazing! There were healings and salvations in villages with HUTS! AMAZING! Last night we rode the train back to the city and now we’re in the hospital. This is our last day of ministry and tomorrow we get on finally!

Jordan

Good Morning Friends,

I hope you had time to wrestle with the question of friendship yesterday. Keep wrestling with it, for there is nothing greater than a friendship of “iron” (if you are looking to grow and be sharp)

Another verse in Proverbs 27 says this, “Just as damaging as a madman shooting a lethal weapon, is someone who lies to a friend and then says, “I was only joking”

Honesty is a characteristic of the Kingdom Life. It is important that we allow people to hear ONLY the truth coming from our lips. Dishonesty divides the Kingdom. Is there a place in you life where honesty has not been lived out or spoken? God would call us to repentance! Is there someone you need to confide in and ask for their forgiveness for dishonesty? Do not delay!!!!!!

Have a Great weekend and plan to bring the family to church!
