Dear Friends,
Thank you all very much for your prayers for my wife. Lori, came home last night and we are very excited to be back in town and look forward to seeing you all. Thanks for your cards, prayers, support and encouragement. We still have a ways to go with the new treatment plan but things are looking up!
Ok, let’s continue with the questions that people have posed with the Kingdom series. Here is the next one:
“Is walking the narrow path being sinless or walking with the best intentions of being that way?”
This is a GREAT question. Take some time to think about it, search the scripture. If you have some thoughts on the questions, I’d love to read them. Send them to Scott@freshstartchurch.com Have a GREAT day! We’ll talk in the morning!

Dear Friends,
What a GREAT day to live in the Kingdom! WOW, God is giving us opportunities every day to serve others the way that he would! Yesterday we asked how can you get someone to live like a Saint instead of a sinner!
First of all, no one can live as a Saint unless they accept the fact that Jesus “traded” them from Sinner to Saint with his death on the cross….and then gave us a Kingdom to have dominion in with his Resurrection. HOWEVER (and this is very important…..reread Wednesday’s FreshBread), you are not going to do this simply by explaining the facts. WHY? The reason is that many people have watched those who “claim” to be Saints and there is NO difference in their lives…..except they go to church on Sunday Morning! The best way to move someone from Saint to Sinner is to allow them to see that in your life…..the personal integrity, and honesty, the willingness to seek and give forgiveness, the non-acceptance of sin in your life, and lay aside the excuses “O we are always going to Sin, which gives you license to.
Peter says: 13 So think clearly and exercise self-control. Look forward to the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world. 14 So you must live as God’s obedient children. Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn’t know any better then. 15 But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. 16 For the Scriptures say, “You must be holy because I am holy.
As we live in this way, people may see that sainthood is a gift of God through the death of his Son……IN God’s timing, not yours.
Have a Great day in the Kingdom that God has given you!

Good Morning,
What a GREAT day to be waking the narrow path. I encourage you all to live in the KINGDOM today….Let the King be seen through the way that you live! It is not about your wants, desires, needs, or plans…..it is the King’s agenda for which you have been given life! Live out the Truth of Matthew 6:33-34:
33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. 34 “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
The next question I have been given about the Kingdom Living series is this…..How do you motivate someone to live as the Saint that they are?
Love to hear your thoughts on that passage…..send them to Scott@freshstartchurch.com . Tomorrow I will give you my take! Have a GREAT DAY……Keep the Son in your eyes!
