And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.”- Luke 2:8-11
Good Morning my Friends,
So what is “the glory of the Lord?” Is it something you have experienced? We read about The Glory of the Lord all throughout the Old Testament. The Glory of the Lord appeared as a cloud or fire, and it would cover or fill places. The Glory of the Lord was the name that the writers of scripture used to describe the visible presence of the Lord. Have you ever seen the Glory of the Lord? On Christmas Eve I want to share with you about the visible Glory of the Lord that I have experienced just recently. Invite a friend and come a join us for a GREAT time of worship and a special challenge from God’s Word! I’ll see you there. Remember we are at the old building: 13810 Wright Circle in Tampa! Have a GREAT DAY!

Good Morning Friends
So, as you remain in Jesus what begins to happen? Peter lets us know :
13Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed. 14As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance. 15But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; 16for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”
I cannot wait to gather this weekend. God is doing some powerful things in and through the people of Freshstart. I am blown away. Hope you can make the celebration this Sunday at 10:00 am! See ya then!

Good Morning Friends,
We have been looking at the challenge that Paul gives us that NO MATTER what happens, live in a manner worthy of the Gospel! Here is the key to that; it is not trying…..but remaining:
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.”- John 15:5,8
As a foot is found in a sock, remain in Jesus today. It is that relationship which will bear fruit for God’s Kingdom! I am praying for you today!
